Met up with Al, for more biking. Al persuaded me into a route I hadnt done before, wit the promise of a bastard up hill,and he didnt disapoint! Had fun going down the mark of Zoro, and then less fun climbing back up, ( should help the six pack though)! Then back round to the centre and down the italian again. Top ride, good fun. Legs acheing now! (would have been 5 stars but didnt spot any naked birds any where on the way round, shame)
